Well, we were suppose to head north today. Off to see the hundreds of eagles which come to mate and eat salmon. But the weather was not on our side. So instead we headed south to Deas Island Regional Park.
The park is located south of Vancouver in Richmond. The wooded path lines the Fraser River and water foul along with coyotes call this park home.
We spotted a hawk and even an eagles net, but nobody was home. Off feeding on fish I suppose.
The sun came out as we headed back to the car. We all stopped and stood in the light soaking up as much vitamin D while we could.
