Let's bake!

Corn muffins with a creative twist. Add cheese to the mix to add protein, especially for the vegetarians. Feel free to add a sprinkle of brewers yeast for nutrients and flavor.

A fun way to bake and serve these muffins are in corn husks. Soak the corn husks in water for a few minutes to help soften them and to clean them.
Using a muffin baking sheet, add a droplet of mix in each cup so the corn husk can stick to it, rip the corn husk so that it is about 6 inches long and 3-4 inches wide, place the corn husk into the cup and add a tablespoon of mix on to the husk.
Note if there are any muffin cups not being used remember to add a bit of water in them to prevent them from burning in the oven.

It's fun to eat the muffin out of the corn husk. It looks fancy and kids love it.
